Job Description:
•Over 6+ years of Experience in MicroStrategy (7x/8x/9x) and its components (Architect, Desktop, Web Server, Narrowcast Server and other utilities)
•Has extensively worked in creating and integrating MicroStrategy reports, dashboards and objects (Attributes, Facts, Metrics, Filters and Prompts)
•Created schema objects and public objects in Microstrategy
•Experience in creating complex reports in MicroStrategy Desktop using features like Templates, Prompts, Transformations, complex filters, Custom Groups and Consolidations
•Worked in creating and integrating MicroStrategy reports, dashboards and objects (Attributes, Facts, Metrics, Filters and Prompts)
•Worked in writing SQL Queries (Sub queries and Join conditions, correlated sub queries)
•Hands on experience in creating interactive Dashboards and Scorecards.
•Good Knowledge in Object Manager and Enterprise Manager
•Created standard and ad-hoc reports
•Analyze, Design, Develop and implement business intelligence reports in Micro Strategy
•Involved in Testing and Tuning of Reports and Objects
•Installing, Configuring of all MicroStrategy activities including MicroStrategy Desktop, Administrator, Intelligence Server, Web, SDK and MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server on NT Servers and mapping to Client machines
•Exposure to MicroStrategy Distribution services, Multi-source Option
•Good working knowledge in Data Warehousing concepts and Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
